Director, Service and Small Projects
Sean Ferguson Jr., Director, Service and Small Projects, joined I-Grace in 2016. In his present role, Sean oversees the Service & Small Projects on the East Coast.
Sean began his career in high-end residential construction while still in college, working for a custom stonework contractor. He started in the field as an apprentice and eventually became an installer. In this role Sean worked on a variety of high-end residences for preeminent Designers, Architects, and General Contractors, including several notable projects with I-Grace.
Sean has construction management and hands-on field experience working in some of the most prominent high-rise buildings, townhouses, and estates in New York and the Tri-state area. Some of the most notable projects include: the gut-renovation of a full floor at 432 Park Avenue- where custom sound attenuation and other details were developed to accommodate the building’s movement; the renovation of a penthouse at 220 Central Park South; the relocation of a custom art ceiling from 115 Central Park West to another residence; and the renovation of a 211 Central Park West duplex, including reshaping the slab and replacing the staircase.
In his free time Sean enjoys cooking his way through Italian cookbooks, remaining active playing golf and softball, and spending weekends on the New Jersey shore with his family. Sean attended Manhattanville College and studied Construction Management at New York University’s School of Professional Studies.
Sean is OSHA 10 certified, has 4 Hour Scaffold Training and a NYC Home Improvement Sales License.
