This is the Privacy Policy of The I Grace Company, Commissioned Private Residences, Inc. and its related entities (collectively “I-Grace,” “we,” or “us”), which applies to the website located at https://www.igrace.com and our affiliate websites, subdomains, mobile versions and any associated applications (collectively, the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy at any time, you should not use the Site.

Children
Consistent with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly request Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent. If we become aware that you are under the age of Majority and are attempting to or have submitted Personal Information via the Site, we will not accept such information and we will take steps to remove such information from our records. This may involve us having to access and verify your age and other relevant details.

1. What information we collect about you and why:

  • User Requests. We capture Personal Information when users send us questions or comments via e-mail or via our contact form such as your name, email address and phone number. Personal Information collected in this manner will only be used to contact the user and/or respond to the user’s inquiry/issue. 
  • Communications. We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials from I-Grace. You may unsubscribe from these communications by following the instructions contained within the communication or emailing us at: info@igrace.com. Please note that due to marketing production schedules you may receive messages already in production.
  • Social Media. We may also obtain your Personal Information through your use of social media such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube, depending on your settings or the privacy policies of these social media services. To change your settings on these services, please refer to their respective privacy notices.
  • Careers. We may post job openings and opportunities on the Site. If you reply to one of these postings by submitting your application, CV and/or cover letter to us, we will collect and process the Personal Information contained therein to assess your suitability, aptitude, skills, and qualifications for employment with I-Grace.
  • Log Data. Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this.

2. How your information may be shared:

Personal Information may also be shared under the following limited circumstances:

  • With Service Providers: In some cases, we will employ or work with service providers such as marketing or security consultants, temporary workers, third-party software developers, or outsourcers to complete a business process or provide a service on our behalf. For example, we may use service providers to send e-mails on our behalf. While this may require that we share some Personal Information, we will only share Personal Information that the service provider must have to perform the requested services.
  • For Legal Reasons/ Security: We reserve the right to release Personal Information (i) when we are under legal compulsion to do so (e.g. we have received a subpoena) or we otherwise believe that the law requires us to do so; (ii) when we believe it is necessary to protect and/or enforce the rights, property interests, or our safety, the safety of our users, or the safety of others; or (iii) as we deem necessary to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, prevent fraud and otherwise enforce the Privacy Policy.
  • In case of a sale of a business: Personal Information may be transferred in connection with a sale, merger, transfer, exchange, or other disposition (whether of assets, stock, or otherwise) of all or a portion of our business, or its subsidiaries.
  • Aggregated Information. We may aggregate information that you provide with information provided by other individuals in such a manner that the information is not personally identifiable to you, and we may transfer that aggregated information to third-parties.

3. How we store and process information about you:

This Site is hosted in the United States. In order to communicate with you, the information that we collect from you may be transferred to, stored, used and processed by I-Grace in the United States or one of our service providers based in the United States or outside of the United States. Such entities may be engaged in, among other things: (i) preparing and sending newsletters to which you subscribe; and (ii) the provision of support services.  

If you are visiting from the European Union or other regions with laws governing information collection and use that may differ from United States law, please note that you are transferring your Personal Information to the United States. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY THE LAW OF THE COUNTRY IN WHICH YOU ARE LOCATED, YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT YOU MAY HAVE TO REQUIRE US TO TREAT YOUR IDENTIFYING INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF ANY COUNTRY OR JURISIDICTION OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES.  HOWEVER, THE FOREGOING WAIVER MAY NOT BE LEGALLY BINDING IN SOME COUNTRIES, SUCH AS THE MEMBER STATES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION.  TO THE EXTENT IT IS NOT LEGALLY BINDING IN THE COUNTRY IN WHICH YOU ARE LOCATED, THIS FOREGOING WAIVER DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU.

4. How You Can Opt-Out From Receiving Communications From Us:

At any time you can add or remove your name from a I-Grace list by contacting us at info@igrace.com. We will endeavor to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable.

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer’s hard drive.

Like many sites, we use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 08/06/2021 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS:

SHINE THE LIGHT LAW

A California privacy law that went into effect on January 1, 2005, the “Shine the Light” law, allows California residents to obtain a list of third parties to whom a business has disclosed Personal Information if it shares such information with third-parties for their direct marketing purposes. However, if a business adopts and discloses in its privacy policy a policy of not disclosing customers’ Personal Information to third-parties for their direct marketing purposes unless the customer first affirmatively agrees to the disclosure, the business may comply with the law by notifying the customer of his or her right to prevent disclosure of personal information and by providing a cost-free means to exercise that right.

As stated earlier in this Privacy Policy, Personal Information may be used for marketing and promotional purposes only with the user’s permission. Whenever a user agrees to allow us to collect Personal Information, we provide the user with an option to prevent such information from being shared for marketing and promotional purposes with third-parties. Furthermore, you may exercise this cost-free option at any time by sending an email to info@igrace.com.

Because the Site has a comprehensive privacy policy and provides you with details on how you may opt-in or opt-out of the use of your Personal Information by third-parties for direct marketing purposes, we are not required to provide you with the third-party list.
