Executive Vice President
Beckham Price brings more than two decades of international experience in high-end residential construction, design management, and client services to his role as Executive Vice President at I-Grace. He began his career in the U.S. Navy, where working on the overhaul of the aircraft carrier John F. Kennedy first sparked his passion for complex construction. Beckham went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Design Science in Sustainable Design from the University of Sydney, building a career that has taken him across the United States, Australia, and France.
His early work included major cultural and institutional projects such as the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in Los Angeles, the Getty Villa Museum in Malibu, and the Flagstaff Medical Center in Arizona. In Australia, Beckham served as a client-side Project Manager and Design Consultant with multi-disciplinary engineering firms focused on sustainable design. Returning to the U.S., he was drawn to residential construction through the restoration and expansion of a landmark Santa Barbara estate, which set the course for his long-term focus on bespoke, high-end residential work.
Since joining I-Grace in 2015, Beckham has advanced from Project Manager to Senior Vice President and, after a period leading international projects, rejoined the firm in 2025 as Executive Vice President. His portfolio includes the modernization and expansion of Villa La Brise, a Belle Époque residence in Aix-les-Bains, France; an 8,000-square-foot Pool House and spa complex in Santa Barbara; private residences in New York City; and other notable cultural, healthcare, and institutional works.
Beckham is guided by a client-first philosophy: “The most important part of working in residential construction is understanding that every decision is a personal one. Our clients live every day with the work we do, and it impacts them in ways we cannot imagine. There is a great responsibility in that.” His career reflects a commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and trusted partnership at the highest level of the industry.
