It was a pleasure working with Carl Sorensen on the redesign of the Nanz Showroom build out in New York City. It was exciting for us to take on this high-end commercial project. The space consisted of approximately 10,000 square feet of commercial / office space, a showroom and shop and supporting spaces. For this luxury renovation, we successfully delivered a high-caliber project where our scope of work included new mechanical; electrical; plumbing; metal framing; sheet rock; misc. carpentry; painting; stone and tile; installation of previously existing steel and glass windows and the installation of new knock-down steel and glass doors and cork flooring throughout. We were delighted to take part in this residential-quality type renovation.
