Superintendents are responsible for managing all aspects of the job site including adherence to project schedule, oversight of all personnel and subcontractors, maintenance of reports, time sheets and logs, site safety and quality control, and interface with client, design team and government municipalities. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience, a proven track record with complicated fast track projects, strong communication and computer skills and the drive to succeed.
